"We love the Nagasaki Hotel Forza. Our bed was comfortable and they finally have Wifi available in every room. It's located in a shopping mall and Nagasaki is an easy place to walk in. There's a lovely pastry shop right across from the hotel as well as a few located very close to it. It's an easy street car right from Nagasaki Station. You can also take street cars to the Atomic Bomb Museum and to Glover Gardens. Cafe Hirai, our favorite breakfast place, is an easy walk away from the hotel. "

"The daily basic housekeeping was good, with eco-friendly initiatives in mind. The staff were friendly, and with the new self-service check-in and our system it was pretty easy. However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff. There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so. "

"Quiet location, choice of 2 tram stops and a train station. Food shops close by. Room was very clean. Would be good to have a tea towel in the kitchen area to dry dishes, we used a small towel instead. Don't like the unmanned check-in process though. "
