"AC works, enough space for 6 people, clean, fast response from support staff. Location is a bit far from the train station by foot, it's more convenient to take a taxi especially if you have luggages."

The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky!
