紅葉を期待して行きましたが、タイミング悪く、全く紅葉が見れませんでしたスタッフの対応がよく、静かな環境でゆったりと過ごすことができますただし、食事はホテル内に限定されてしまうため、その点がマイナスでしょうか

今回両親と家族で行きました。施設、食事、サービス文句なしで良かったです。山の上なので、空気もいいし、景色もきれいで夜空もめちゃきれいで、また行きたいです。山の上なので、運転の腕が必要です。

舒適度高的酒店

預訂了日式客房，客房十分大，整潔乾淨。客房在地下，面對雪地庭園景觀，十分美麗。酒店有滑雪裝備租借，又可比住客存放滑雪裝備，而且一出酒店就是雪場，十分方便。酒店晚餐亦十分美味，早餐亦很好。總的來說，十分推薦入住。

帰る日は雪がたっぷり降り、車を発掘するのモラ大変な中、フロントスタッフさんが嫌な顔一つせず雪の中で車を探しだし、入り口まで運び温めてくれていました。雪が降る日はこの作業が一苦労のところサラッとやっていただき、本当にありがたかったです。

最高のホテルでした。

初めての志賀高原でのスノーボード。１泊２日の予定でしたが、初日は悪天候でスキー場は閉鎖。朝早く着いたがやる事がなくロビーのソファーで途方に暮れていたら、空いてる部屋があるのでと部屋に通して頂けました。本当に助かりました。館内とても清潔でスタッフの接客も凄い良かったです。２日目でチェックアウト後、スノボーして帰る前にお風呂も利用できるのはとても良いです。ホテルの目の前にリフト乗り場があり最高です。来シーズンもまたここに宿泊しようと思います。

別格の冬夏本格リゾート

懐かしい45年ぶり奥志賀でのスキーに家内と泊まらせて頂き、暖房から室内の綺麗さ･広さも含め海外の無垢材で統一され正に本格リゾートの設計で、快適さも秀逸でした。唯、例年になく雪不足で、夕方着いた時からやっと雪が降り始めて、夕食では窓際の雪を眺めながら美味しいイタリアンを頂き「来て良かった」と実感させて頂きました。バ－ラウンジも凝った作りでお酒を飲みながらゆったりした時間が味わえました。スキーは隣の焼額スキー場まで送迎ミニバスで指定時間に送り迎えして頂き問題ありませんでした。スキー板の手入れや保管ロッカーもゆったり出来ていて、ストレスを感じることはありません。家内とも、真ん前のゲレンデで滑ることが出来る時に「又来たいね」とつぶやいた次第でした。
