"John was great to communicate with when needed. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed! The location was great for what we needed! The fenced back yard was an asset for having kids around, there are plenty of beds and space for larger amounts of people (There were 7 in our party)! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"The house was freshly renovated and very clean. The three bedrooms have a nice size, mattresses seem to be brand new and the walk in shower is really nice. It’s about a 10 minute drive to Englewood beach on Manasota Key and Walmart and Aldi are within 5 minutes. Neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended if you don’t want to pay the premium for Austin on the key."
