We had a double queen bed room and it was more spacious than a lot of mini-suite rooms, and updated as well as clean. With two nice restaurants within 50 yards and a Dunkin down the road for an early coffee, this is once again truly the place to spend the night. "

"Very satisfied with our stay. There was a small issue with the pool turning green, but Gareth was very responsive and got it resolved in less than 24 hrs. This is your typical short term rental with not the highest quality beds or furnishings, but it was well stocked with everything we needed. The very short drive to the beach was a big plus."

"This was a wonderful place for my family to stay in Venice for the ordination of my friends’ son to the priesthood. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The photos accurately represent the property. The hosts were helpful, easy to deal with and very accommodating. They paid a lot of attention to detail in preparing the house for us. I was so fortunate to find this lovely home. The five nights I spent there with my sons and their families were quite memorable. I’m very grateful to the hosts for making it a pleasant visit."
