"I planned this trip on a budget so I did not expect a five-star experience at this place. The pool looked like a large bowl of moldy soup and probably hasn't been used in a few years. There was no breakfast as advertised and I had no TV my entire stay. When I called for assistance they came and looked at the TV then said they would need to contact Comcast. Comcast never came and issue was never resolved. That was very upsetting. There was no extra security locks on my door which made me feel a little unsafe after seeing a few sketchy individuals roaming nearby late at night. In my 4 day stay I saw a total of seven bugs and can confirm 3 were indeed roaches. However, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfy and the AC was ice cold. The water view from my room was also decent. The staff was kind and friendly. However due to the false advertisement. I would not recommend staying at this location. "

"We had a great stay at this property in Venice. Our kids loved the swimming pool in the backyard and got a lot of use out of it. Everything was clean. We had plenty of space for the whole family. The host was very responsive when I contacted him with a few questions. Overall, it was a positive experience. "
