"Staying in this hotel was an incredible experience for us because of its location and architecture that makes you feel like royalty in a castle. Being a guest at this hotel comes with some unique perks, like early access to the famous “golden bridge” and VIP pass to skip the long lines to the cable car. I only wish we had been able to stay longer at this beautiful hotel. "

We had an issue with the affiliated travel operator for snorkelling and scuba diving experience (misleading and terrible overall) and the front staff and assistant manager took time to listen to our feedback, understand the issue and help us provide a solution.

To our surprise, we were even upgraded to a spacious beach view apartment, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
The facilities are top-notch, and the atmosphere is both peaceful and luxurious. We especially loved the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made the whole experience feel so special.
