"If I had to describe this hotel in one word it would be Charming. Its location is on a quiet street walkable to everything. Great staff, breakfast, rooms, pool and the spa one of the best. I also booked a bike tour through the hotel and I was so pleased they used the company Heaven & Earth as that was the company I wanted to use."

"We came here on a family trip and absolutely loved Hoi An—and La Siesta made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really stood out is how calm and peaceful it feels. After walking around Hoi An, it’s the perfect place to come back to and just switch off. It’s quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable. The staff are honestly amazing. Everyone is super attentive and genuinely kind, and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The best example: I left my AirPods case in the hotel car, and they actually arranged to bring it all the way to my next hotel in Da Nang. That kind of service is rare and says everything. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Not a big deal, but you’ll need a short ride to get in and out."

"Hotel itself and location and facilities were wonderful . service was a bit lacking. They seemed a bit chaotic and missed opportunities for cleaning , odd bits off rubbish outside of hotel rooms left for hours and general attention to detail in a 5 star. Prices were European and were 3-5x greater than locally available.breakfast was very busy"

"This hotel was excellent! The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable, with a really nice huge breakfast buffet with so many options available. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the old town and to the beach area. The pool was really nice and an added bonus was the shared property at Ah Nang Beach where we were able to use the beach chairs at no extra cost. It was a quick Grab ride to the old town, or you could walk about 20 minutes. It was super that they provided free bicycles… I rode to the rice fields which were very close to the hotel, it was a huge highlight for me. I highly recommend the Saga Hotel for staying in Hoi An area."

"We spent 3 memorable nights at the Allegro and enjoyed our time there immensely. Min and her team were all quite helpful. Sam checked us in and with a map in hand asked us what we were looking to do in Hoi An. She then made suggestions and showed us the locations on the map. They also booked a car to take us to Hue when we departed. The breakfast was first class with many options, Asian and Western food, to choose from. We also had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was very good. I should note that we heard about the Allegro from a friend who had recently stayed there and he said it was a must. We agree!! Thank you, Min. We really appreciate your efforts to make our stay great."
