Thank you Anonymous for taking the time to submit this review. We're very pleased you like the cleanliness, tidyness and free bottles of water in our rooms. Regarding the air con and bed - this is a (very) rare comment from any of our guests and is difficult for us to amend, as each person's perception is different, so we base our choices on the vast majority. In relation to the non provision of soap, we feel it necessary to clarify this as your comment could be misinterpreted - we do in fact supply soap, irrespective of the price paid per room, however it is not a "bar" - it is within a liquid dispenser (which every one of our rooms has) in the shower area - which actually equates to MUCH more usage than a tiny bar of soap. This is the same with the shampoo that we supply. Hoping the above may clarify the relevant points raised. Thank you for indicating you would stay again and we welcome you to do so. Thank you Anonymous for this very positive review. We believe our after-hours check in service is quite seamless too, so your feedback regarding our communication is appreciated. Regarding the room not being "flash", because your review is anonymous we can't elaborate in detail in relation to your specific room, however we have already completed/are in the process of upgrading all rooms, which has/will include new air conditioners, curtains, towels, bedding as well as every room is now equipped with the latest SMART TV. As you can understand, this is a bit-by-bit process and involves a significant re-investment on our behalf. Currently, the overwhelming feedback we receive is that the property fulfils our 3 core principles for our guests - Comfort. Service. Value. Therefore it seems we're on the right path. 5 out of 5 is a great review score, which we sincerely appreciate it and as you say, you'll stay again so we look forward to welcoming you back !
