Hi Malcolm, I firstly would like to apologize that we did not meet your expectations. I do encourage you to come back and stay in one of our renovated rooms.Our Motel is quite old and we are renovating and revamping rooms one by one. Our staff are constantly being trained and have plenty of support at all times. I really hope you come back in the future and stay in our newly renovated units. Thank you Managment.
