"Extraordinary stay at one of the top hotels in Seoul. Service is above and beyond. Food is superb and the corner rooms have the most stunning view of the city. Everything is absolutely perfect. Easy to walk to the main shopping area in Gangnam, lots of fabulous restaurants and also Lotte World Tower and Mall. Highly recommend! "

"Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. The rooms and common areas are really nice. I came across the house keepers once and they were lovely and did an excellent job tidying up. The pools look great but were quite busy with families though I think there’s an hour reserved at the end of the day for adults only. The downsides to the hotel are that 1) the service is lacking. The people at reception were friendly and polite but the hotel doesn’t seem to have staff"
