"Great reception at check in. The clerk gave a lot of good suggestions on what to visit and more important where to eat good Czechian food :). Great location!!!! I did not put 5 because we feel that the room cleaner could have done better."

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always making sure we had what we needed. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated how easy it was to get around from the hotel, whether walking or using public transportation. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Prague."
