Sophisticated facilities in room and kitchen with cookware and plenty of cutlery and crockery, and also provided washing machine in washroom, excellent pillow and bed, and the staff extremely helpful and friendly, experienced really warm welcome. Many nice foods and restaurant nearby. I will miss that stay.

Location was perfect. Everything was walkable and there was plenty to see, eat and drink nearby. Staff were cordial and extremely helpful when it came to finding dinner or bar options, as well as helping me get to my train the day i checked out. Room had plenty of free amenities (washer/dryer, coffee, soap, water bottles) that made my stay much easier.

The receptionist was very kind and was able to understand my poor English. The room was clean and had a hair dryer and hair iron, which was very helpful. There was also a washing machine and detergent, so I was able to do my laundry. It was also nice that there was a bench in the room, not just a bed, so it was easy to relax. The location was also great, within walking distance of Old Town Square, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making my stay in Prague a memorable one. Thank you very much.

Best place to stay

Nice and very clean. Great location, a short walk to the Old Town center. Good amounts of restaurants around. Especially, the service is 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again if I get a chance to come back to Prague!

Overall a great stay. Very good location. Clean and comfortable apartment with almost everything in excellent condition; quality sheets, towels and amenities. My only complaint is that the desk staff are either extremely charming and friendly, or so incompetent that I never want to return. A nice family apartment in the heart of the city, but don't expect consistent service.

I’ve been to Prague maybe 15 times true the years. Stayed at many of the high end hotels but this stay was one of the best. One of the best locations, easy to access and near everything I want to visit. The apartment is newly renovated with a high class interior. Great staff and really clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect apartment. Beautifully fitted out and styled, everything has been thought of in our room for ultimate comfort! In particular had a large comfortable bed, easy to use smart tv, well equipped kitchen, ambient lighting, large bathroom with plenty of space and felt super luxurious as well as great communication from staff and the room was super clean. Cannot fault our stay and would definitely stay here again in Prague. It's a serviced apartment but it's on the same level as a 5 star hotel!

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Heads up that the layouts of the 2-bedroom suite vary, so I suggested requesting one with a bathtub if you need more space. As a family of five, I wish I'd known this before booking! We did have a couple of issues arise during our stay, but the staff was helpful in resolving it. There are six stairs right as you enter, so we had to carry our stroller up and down. The staff always offered to help, but it's a bit cumbersome regardless. Also, there was work being done on the exterior of the building when we were there, and we had plaster dust (a LOT) dumped on us more than once as we left or returned. One day it was so bad that I had to change my clothes. I'm sure that work should be done soon, if not already, though. Aside from these inconveninces, I would consider staying here again, because the pros outweigh the cons. Oh, and the cafe downstairs on the corner is incredible - don't miss it!

Excellent centrally located apartment

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 6 nights and enjoyed our time. The property is fairly new and it is reflected in the quality on offer. The amenities were all of a high standard, with the highlights being a very comfortable bed and access to a washing machine. The only minor downside was that the seal on the shower door wasn't great, so often the floor ended up quite wet, and the room could perhaps be soundproofed a little better - you could hear the elevator and people chatting in the hall, the bumps of passing trams and also some construction work that was being done on another business nearby. These weren't a big issue for me as I'm used to noise, but could potentially disturb others. The property is very centrally located, a short walk into the old town centre and plenty of transport links nearby if you want to get away from the crowds. Finally, the staff themselves were excellent. I had initially booked 5 nights before adding a 6th a few months later and they made sure that the two bookings were seamlessly linked. They were happy to offer some advice on the city and also happy to offer a restock of stock from the room in the form of coffee capsules and washing machine pods. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

The room was great when we first arrived, but on a third day they didn't clean it and left all the garbage inside the room. We have to ask at least to take it out. The property was really nice, but lucking closet space. Other then that we had a very pleasant stay.
