"Room was spotless. View from the room was incredible. Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Server Gabriel was an incredible person and really made my girlfriend’s birthday extra special. The guest services staff was able to arrange the room for my girlfriend’s birthday with balloons and decorations to give her an incredible surprise. I 100% recommend this property for any occasion and will 100% be coming back!"

"**Tourist beware** The host does not include the exact location of the property in the listing and did not provide details about how to get to the property until after booking was complete. What the host hid from the booking: The property is up on a hill inside the park, which is NOT accessible by uber. You can only get to the property from a very rough and unsafe dirt road. The only option is to rent a car or hire a driver for extra cost. The owner did not disclose this very important detail before booking and when we realized it was too much of an inconvenience for us and would impact the quality of our trip, we were already past the refund period and we lost 50% of our booking fee (coincidence I’m sure…). This withholding of information until after booking is at best an unethical business practice and worst potentially a scam. Be careful with booking and ensure this meets your needs before booking so you don’t lose money like we did. "
