"We arrived much earlier than expected and staff graciously found us a room for early check in. Breakfast buffet had many options and the Zocalo was literally steps away from our hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "
"The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Simply breathtaking. The whole check-in process was smooth and amazing. The bellman gave us a tour of the unit including the history of the property and even offered to take photos of us. All the staff was very helpful no matter the time of the day. I loved the community area providing 24/7 drinks and small pastries. Would definitely stay here again. I would keep in mind it’s a very busy area outside of the property and there was a lot homelessness at night/early mornings."

"All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Victoria was very nice. The room was clean and well mantained. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. I traveled with my daughter and we always felt safe here. They hold your luggage for free if your flight arrives early or leaves late. Would definitely stay here again."
