The room was great! Spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and answer any and all questions I had. The restaurant was Wow! I ate more at the hotel restaurant due to how delicious the food was. I'll be staying at the hotel on my next visit to Mexico City.
It’s really pretty in therms of aesthetic but, the water overflows the shower and goes directly into the room, I couldn’t shower properly because of this. Also only the cold water pipe worked. Everything else was fine, the food in the hotel’s restaurant is good.
This place was awesome.. the staff was great… the only issue I had was the knobs from the sink was super hard to turn .. besides that .. everything was great… .. police presence at night … near arena Mexico and 25 min walk from zocalo .. great place
Cadillac Hotel was so pretty and perfectly situated. We loved the characteristic of the hotel; each floor was decorated differently. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff was great, the restaurant on the 4th level was also great! My complaint has to do with the room and bathroom situation. The shower has no protection against the water pouring out all over the bathroom floor. There is also no AC which can be problematic. The hotel also is not in the best area and there’s not a lot to do in the neighborhood. Other than that the experience was fine, I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff!
Staying at the Cadillac Hotel was great, the bed was very comfortable, the internet worked great, the rooms felt comfortable to be, plenty of space to store stuff, a usable desk space. The staff were great and helpful. I highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and polite. While the hotel does lack a few things and needs improvements in things that are an everyday need. The hotel does not have AC nor Fans in room while the staff was able to accomodate with a standing fan, in my opinion I was not happy due to the hotel becoming humid. Breakfast was not included as expected, you are served only a plate of fruit, a cup of coffee or oj, anything else from that you will have to pay. Wifi lacks in speed and not convenient in case you need the business center.
Excellent! The only thing is in some rooms the paint is peeling off / and there is no fans, when is hot you have to leave the window open to get some air and mosquitoes get inside. However the staff are super friendly and helpful

The property is very convenient for tourists. Close to Isabel La Católica on Line 1 which can take you to Chapultepec and many other popular destinations. It’s also very close to line 8 if you’re looking to transfer to various other lines. During the day you can absolutely make the 15-25 minute walk to the Bellas Artes or Zocalo Square. I will say that at night the street that the hotel sits on isn’t the prettiest, but

I stayed at the Cadillac Hotel Boutique and it really is a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing, the food and restaurants were excellent, and overall we enjoyed our time there. We especially loved the jacuzzi and the terrace upstairs — having coffee there in the morning or relaxing in the jacuzzi was one of the highlights of our stay and the main reason we chose this hotel.
That being said, there are a few things that I think could really make this place even better:
1. The beds – They were very stiff and not very comfortable.
2. The water system – The shower knobs look nice, but it’s hard to control the temperature, and the sinks wasted a lot of water, sometimes running all night.
3. No AC – There’s only a fan, and opening the windows lets mosquitoes in. A portable or ceiling unit would make a big difference.
4. The location it’s not the best for younger couples who want to walk around and explore the city. For that, Roma is a better spot.
Overall, the Cadillac Hotel Boutique is a beautiful hotel with great service and some really special features, but with a few simple improvements it could go from good to fantastic.
