In general the hotel was so clean, the staff are so nice and helpful. Good food. , we had a great time at the bar during the Mexico vs England match. The bartender excellent.. the location is so convenient everything is close.
Amazing property, location. Food everything, I’ve never liked staying at a place so much, and ive been all over world including Europe and Asia. The hospitality is amazing. Jose ignacio made our trip very special, he works at the restaurant he helped us with recommendations and everything. Will be coming back as long as he stays here.
Quaint boutique hotel close to zocalo (8 min walk). Perfect for couples. Loved the concept and decor. Breakfast was yummy (juice, fruit, and coffee). Restaurant on premises. Appreciated the water and soda replenished daily.
Thank you so much for the delicious chilaquiles lunch in the restaurant at 4 th floor and the lady who cleaned my room she was excellent
Thank you so much I will be there again soon
The room was incredibly hot even with the fan we asked the concierge for. The staff was all amazing and the luggage storage after checkout was very useful. The rooms are poorly designed and have a mildew smell due to the bad ventilation, also the windows in the room face the hallway so other people circulating can look in(?). The toiletries provided are not good so bring your own or buy some at the pharmacy nearby. We have a 2 bed capsule room and you have to climb a ladder to get to the top bed. The beds are not very comfortable and the room is very dark. I would not return since there are other more comfortable options in the area for not that much more money but it can be a budget option for some travelers.
Over all the room and the service was good
But there was heavy noise from construction in the hotel early morning and late night that made it hard to sleep
The location was good also near to metro
it was a conveniently located hotel near popular attractions, right in the middle of town, making it super easy to walk everywhere during the day. However, it can get a bit sketchy at night, though that is pretty typical for any hotel located right in the center of town.
The staff was very nice, welcoming, and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Though it's no big deal, the TV channels were limited and the shower nozzles were a bit confusing to figure out at first.
What made me second guess the hotel a little, though, was the lack of AC. Even though it was the middle of summer, the temperature wasn't actually that bad just keep in mind to leave the window open when you're out to keep a nice breeze going.
Aside from all that, I definitely recommend staying here. It has a great artistic vibe that gives it an aesthetic, luxurious feel perfect for anyone who appreciates unique decor and great photo spots. Plus, the food at the restaurant was really great. It really feels like a hidden gem!
Room was beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Cleanliness
We were disappointed there was no air conditioning. When we upgraded to the pool suite our room was not cleaned everyday. Our towels went without wash. Our electric toothbrush was never recovered from our original room.
Staff were helpful as could be despite language barriers.
Great location. The staff was super helpful an very friendly! I had trouble with my hot water a they came to my room to personally help me with the issue every time. 10/10 would recommend
We loved our experience there. The staff was very nice. The only downside was the bed was super hard. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning, but we didn’t feel like it was a problem because our room never got too hot. Liked that they closed the gate at night and would be ready to open as soon as you arrived. Would stay here again!
Bed was firm no saggyness. Had a couple problems but they were more than helpful. Would ne nice to have a couple English channel but its all good. The food in yhe hotel was good too.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. That was the best part of our stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The room was very small and did not have air conditioning, which was a major issue. We had assumed it would be available, but when we arrived, we found out that it wasn’t.
The breakfast was also misleading. It was advertised as being included, but in reality it only included coffee and juice. If you wanted any actual food, you had to pay extra.
The rooms were extremely small, noisy, and received almost no natural sunlight. Some rooms also had a very poor view. The bed was quite small, and the bathroom door was a thin, narrow door that didn’t even close properly, making it uncomfortable and lacking privacy.
Overall, while the staff were kind and professional, the hotel’s facilities were well below expectations. The lack of air conditioning, the misleading breakfast description, the tiny rooms, and the poor overall comfort made this a disappointing stay.
