We loved our experience there. The staff was very nice. The only downside was the bed was super hard. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning, but we didn’t feel like it was a problem because our room never got too hot. Liked that they closed the gate at night and would be ready to open as soon as you arrived. Would stay here again!

Included breakfast was minimal but there were additional options that were very reasonably priced. The bed is rock-hard — literally the same as laying on the floor. The water was hot and had good pressure. The location was a short walk from Zocalo plaza. The walls were pretty thin and we often heard the neighbors.

I didn’t like it. The room was too small; it didn’t feel like a proper room, but more like a very small cabin. There was no place to sit, not even a single chair, and not enough space to put one. The blanket wasn’t clean and had a bad smell. Also, there was no airport shuttle service.but staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was great! Spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make me feel at home and answer any and all questions I had. The restaurant was Wow! Chic hotel in a perfect location

Cadillac Hotel was so pretty and perfectly situated. We loved the characteristic of the hotel; each floor was decorated differently. We’ll definitely be back.

It’s really pretty in therms of aesthetic but, the water overflows the shower and goes directly into the room, I couldn’t shower properly because of this. Also only the cold water pipe worked. Everything else was fine, the food in the hotel’s restaurant is good.

Staying at the Cadillac Hotel was great, the bed was very comfortable, the internet worked great, the rooms felt comfortable to be, plenty of space to store stuff, a usable desk space. The staff were great and helpful. I highly recommend.
