"The property is high in the mountains and just lovely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, helpful and kind. Our luggage was picked up at the train depot and delivered to our room without even asking!! The

area was beautiful and clean. We at dinner at the hotel 2 nights and the food was superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Well worth the ride up the 'hill' to get there."

"Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable."

"This hotel was a dream! The staff really went out of their way to create an exceptional experience! The hotel is gorgeous and is in an incredible location with stunning views. The beds were so comfortable and we loved the beautiful

facilities. The only recommendation would be to improve the breakfast. Of the 7 hotels we stayed it had the worst breakfast due to its lack of options. Would highly recommend this hotel "

"We loved the vibe there, it was Bohemian, Swiss and Skiing/Hiking. The tunes they played in the lobby were stylish hiking music. The staff is lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast is quite the spread. We had a really great stay there!"

"Chalet Candamo is over the top wonderful. It truly is luxerious in every way. Our family of 10 spent 5 days here. It honestly is perfect in every way. My wife and I (and sometimes family) have stayed in Murren or Wengen at least 15 times over the past 30 years and without a doubt this home is our favorite. "Spacious and makes you feel right at home. There is more than enough storage space for luggage, etc. The balcony is huge and gives a good view of valley and village. Hiking trails are accessible."
