Lovely hotel, very comfortable and very good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. The only thing that could be improved would be the soundproofing, as we could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms.

Amazing hotel with breath-taking views of the mountains and green valleys. Really helpful & friendly staff which made the stay even better. Was a pleasure to eat at the restaurant (esp. for breakfast buffet) as food was pretty good but the view was out of this world. Would return back here for sure.

Friendly staff. Quite a walk to the station but they provide shuttle service for a fee. You can also take a bus to the station just infront of the hotel but with big luggages it’s better to arrange the shuttle service. Overall stay was great.

What a delightful experience! The hotel has a very chic decor yet gives a homely feel. All the staff was extremely polite and helpful…to us that was the standout factor. We were able to book the spa easily every day and it felt like a private spa experience. The food at the restaurant was excellent, so is the breakfast. The view is what I had always imagined quintessential Swiss. Premium pricing for sure but worth every bit! Highly recommend…

Stunning views, convenient location. Friendly staff. Lovely spa. Property and rooms very clean. Good variety of foods at breakfast. Very slow toaster that only takes 2 slices at a time leaves guests waiting around. Serving spoons/tongs were being mixed up for eggs, potatoes and sausages and meats were touching cheeses which is off putting if you are vegan/vegetarian/religious diet. No water cooler in the communal lounge space seems very mean considering in the rooms guests are encouraged to refill the glass bottle provided with water from the tap since it’s such good quality.

I LOVEEEE this hotel! I wish my husband and I stayed longer here. We were on our honeymoon and we were doing a Eurotrip. The location is incredible. Once you step outside, you see the alps and all in its beauty. The hotel is also really nice. We loved that they had free breakfast every morning and it had GREAT selection. Staff was super helpful and attentive. We got lost taking our train to get here and we got here at like 12am and the staff that was at the front desk was SOOO nice and accommodating especially the hectic travel we had. Some might not like the uphill walk to the downtown area but loved it and thought of it as exercise! They also had spa and we tried out the 5 course meal they had during dinner in the hotel. Everything was exceptional. My husband and I promised that we would come back here and I honestly can't wait! 10/10 one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.

This would be a great boutique hotel to honeymoon at. We really enjoyed our stay. Fresh baked goods and smoothies/juices were offered daily to us. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal to start the day. Easy walk up to town or for a small fee they will give you a ride in the hotel land rover. I would highly recommend this peaceful hotel with amazing views.
