"This hotel was a nice place to stay, but we were surprised it ranked number 1 in Lisbon, especially given it didn't have a pool. That said, the room was lovely and the location certainly is excellent. The breakfast was very nice, but not exceptional. A nice perk was that they leave snacks and treats from the breakfast for all the guests to eat later on. Ultimately, we had no complaints about the hotel. It just didn't have the usual amenities that we would expect of the number 1 ranked hotel in Lisbon. Would I stay here again, tho? Absolutely!"

"Just returned from a fabulous 5-night stay, and it was perfect. We stayed in the Prestige Suite and I don’t have a single complaint. The room was superb, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The extras were a wonderful touch: complimentary guided walking tours, wine tastings, and even midnight snacks, all included in the stay. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines this level of comfort with such thoughtful hospitality. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. It exceeded every expectation."

"La ubicación es buena. La habitación que nos asignaron era MUY PEQUEÑA. No tiene como moverte, abrir equipaje. Tienes que estudiar los movimientos. El baño no es muy bueno, está todo con humedades entre azulejos y techo. Pedí que mi ducha estaba atascada, “nunca lo resolvieron, muy antihigiénico. El techo sobre la cama estaba cubierto con una mancha de humedad, no debe pasar algo así. Se ve que nadie controla calidad. Pedí cambiar la habitación y me dijeron que lo hacen solo en las mañanas. Tuvimos que quedarnos allí. El resto del Hotel tiene olor a problema de cañería de desagüe pienso que se debe a la edad de la edificación, desagradable de estar en las áreas comunes. No me volvería a quedar allí, ni a recomendarlo a mis amistades"

"I stayed here with my partner for a couple nights to enjoy Lisbon. The location is phenomenal and windows are accompanied by a wooden slider to cancel out all noise from the ground. The staff (specifically Sophia) was incredible and helped us with everything we needed. Our flight got in quite late, I messaged the hotel right before 11 and staff was very quick to assure us we could check in seamlessly. Rooms are a little bit small which I think is the standard here in Europe, but cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be using it again when we come back"

"Over all okay but a few things to point out are - No outlet in bathroom to plug in dryer, no where to set your stuff like hair brush, make up etc in bathroom, there were ants in bathroom and bedroom too - Coffee machine was not plugged in, I had to move the table to plug it in. Fridge not plugged in, when I asked front desk they told me to see if I can plug it in myself if not they will assist, I had to get on my hand and knees to reach behind the table to plug it in. Not my job with amount of money I have paid."
