The neighbourhood is amazing! Nearby the English Garden, shopping (e.g. Patagonia), coffee shops (e.g. Starbucks). Very walkable, even to the city center, the Alte Pinakothek, Max Planck, etc. Really liked the location. The suite was also cozy and the service at the hotel excellent. I only liked less the fitness center... missing my elliptical and kettlebells.

This is a great hotel in a busy, but fun Schwabing neighborhood of Munich. This is the second I have stayed here. A mix of families on vacation and business people made up a majority of the guests. Breakfast has a lot of choices. Staff is very professional and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay in Munich. We are a large family and the room with 6 twin beds was perfect for us. We happened to arrive the day the jacuzzi was reopened after the winter months. This was a pleasant surprise for our kids. The staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We would highly recommend to others.

We booked by hotels.com the only type of room which were available for 4 adults: six single bedrooms. It resulted a little uncomfortable for us, because we travelled in winter and we had to use two of the beds for baggage, because big suitcases don’t fit in the storage under each bed. The two bathrooms were very small and after showering the floor left flooded. Maybe the room is good for a group of young travellers. However, the hotel is new, beatiful and it has a great staff.

Great hotel within walking distance to the train/bus station and the English Garden. The staff was so friendly. Loved the decor of the hotel. It was unique. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no coffee maker or refrigerator in the room. Other than that I would say it was a perfect stay.

Great location close to the U train. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. Yet still quiet at night to sleep. Loved the two twin beds for my teens and the king bed for me and my husband. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only disappointed was hot tub was not hot and it would have been great cool weather to enjoy it. Brought my bathing suit with the plan to enjoy the hot tub and could not. It was very nice looking and clean too. Oh well.

Bright modern hotel away from the crowds.
Great modern hotel. Location is excellent, and gives a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the touristy center of the city. We had a room on the courtyard side and it was silent.

Perfect hotel to explore Munich.
Hotel was spotlessly clean. Everything is modern and new. Great place to use as a base when exploring Munich and the surrounding area. Within walking distance of transport links and lots of great bars and restaurants. Also a short walk to the English Gardens. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice for all the family. Would definitely stay here again.

hotel was overall excellent. clean and well maintained. rooms are quite small, and there was no fridge, but they’ve done their best to use the small place very efficiently. shower was great. situated in a nice residential district. overall, would consider staying again.

Our family room was really clean and was very well designed. Breakfast was excellent and staff were welcoming. The hotel’s location was great - close to the Englischer Garten and good cafes, bars and shops. A short walk to the underground, but we chose to walk into the centre of the city numerous times, soaking up the ambience along the way (about a thirty minute walk). Our two teenagers loved the hotel and Munich was a revelation to us all!

Christoph & his entire team have created an excellent hotel in the heart of Munich, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were excellent, especially the compact ‘swimming pool’/ jacuzzi which our two year old adored!!
