"Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!"

"A great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend. Quiet and relaxing area. Public transportation is about 50ft away and that’s convenient. Walkable areas and felt very safe. No AC in the rooms but huge windows to open to let in fresh air. The price is very reasonable as well. "

"Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 18 month old son. Staff were very friendly, the location was perfect to see the Guggenheim and walk around the area and the breakfast which is extra was great, the view was fantastic and was a really good atmosphere, worth doing once during your stay."
