Great room, really clean, comfortable beds. Very easy to access and good communication. Only skight downside was that it was a little noisy, both from the corridor and from the street. However, location was great and would recommend

Casual Fuentes was great. Family of 4 stayed in a room with plenty of bedding, quiet and a/c worked, etc. Right above great shopping and eating. Would stay again.

Great stay in well positioned hotel

Family of four, room very spacious and clean. Regular housekeeping. Delighted with our stay. Location excellent, lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Beautiful area of the city to base yourself in.

Convenient location - near the shops, cafes, historical sites, etc. Room was clean and tidy. Easy to access. Definitely highly recommended. One suggestion though… it would be handy to have fridge in the room.

Perfect Apartment in the old City of Bilbao. Very clean and for a family of four perfect with 3 beds. Your are staying in the pedestrian area and have a nice view from your window to the buzzeling crowed. Only small disadvantage is the way to the parking, as we had Four big luggages. Would stay definately again, as everything was very digital and per WhatsApp, which made it easy. Bilbao as City was gar better and exiting as expected.

事前にチェックインをするのを忘れたが、近くの系列ホテルで対応してくれた その対応が大変良く、ありがたく、嬉しくなった 今度はそちらに泊まってみたい 部屋は今時のおしゃれ仕様で使い勝手がよく、メトロやバル街にもすぐ行けて最高のロケーションだった 景色には当たり外れがあると思うが、せっかくビルバオに行くならこの旧市街を堪能してほしい

Appartamento nella città vecchia, ottima posizione. Semplice, essenziale, con una bella vista, adatto per un paio di notti per una famiglia di quattro persone. Pulito, silenzioso, nonostante l’affaccio su strada. Consigliato per visitare a piedi la città. Unico neo il parcheggio, occorre mettere la macchina al vicino parking (5 minuti a piedi) sotterraneo e scaricare e caricare risulta non troppo agevole, ma comunque gestibile.

Bien mais bruyant

Le code d’accès ne fonctionnait pas alors qu’on arrivait à minuit… on a été dépanné assez rapidement mais frustrant quand on est fatigué. Pas de mini frigo dans la chambre pour stocker nos bouteilles d’eau, ce qui est assez rare. Chambre propre, literie confortable mais les murs ne sont pas du tout insonorisés! On avait le bruit de la rue, mais aussi la chambre à côté et au-dessus, on pouvait entendre les conversations… dommage car très bien situé. En fait il faudrait baisser le tarif pour la cohérence car à ce prix là on s’attendait quand même à mieux.
