Excellentttt customer service; the only bad experience, is that the room does not have air conditioner; we had to open the windows at night, and the environment outside the property was noisy, due to the train, etc.

Mucho ruido del bar que tienen abajo y del tren. Mal insonorizado. Sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado. Cuesta mucho dormir. Servicio ausente. Limpieza deja mucho que desear. Ni los grifos del baño estan limpios

Très bon hôtel

Belle bâtisse et l'intérieur est magnifique Très grande et belle chambre qui était très propre et en très bon état. La literie était très confortable. Il y a un bar ou l'on peut manger des tapas en prenant un verre pour un prix très raisonnable. Nous sommes arrivés vers 17h et c'est le serveur qui fait office de réceptionnaire de l'hôtel. Dommage que l'on ne parle pas Français dans cet établissement. Il n'y a plus de restaurant à l'hôtel et pas grand chose dans le secteur, hormis derrière l'hôtel une pizzéria qui livre des pizzas à domicile et ou l'on peut en manger sur place. Elles sont très bonnes . Attention chiens sont interdits, mais pas à l'hôtel. Attention également pour les petits déjeuners, ils ne sont servis qu'à partir de 9h du matin. Il y a très peu de places de parking derrière l'hôtel, il faut arriver de bonne heure pour stationner.

Hotel tres bruyant avec salle de reception ai pied de l'établissement. 1 fenêtre ne fermait pas et les bruits de la rue montaient dans la chambre comme sivon était dehors... impossible de changer de chambre, elles étaient toutes occupees.

El día de la llegada todo fue bien, hasta que al llegar a la habitación había un junta de la tarima del suelo sin rematar, y al ir al baño descalzo, nos cortamos el pie con la madera, dimos incidencia al hotel y ni caso nos hicieron. Y los dos últimos días, no hemos tenido calefacción, y hacía bastante frío. La respuesta del recepcionista es que el fontanero está de puente.

Hotel bonito, limpio y bien situado pero por la noche mucho ruido proviniente de la parte de abajo (tienen una cafetería y está abierta hacia la zona del hotel). Ruidos hasta las dos de la mañana como si estuviesen recogiendo la cocina y voces muy altas.

Esta muy sucia la habitacion, la cama con pelos, la bañera llena de pelos, orquillas por el suelo, todo muy sucio, con telarañas en el techo, muy lamentable, me dio ganas de irme pero no nos fuimos porque era de noche y estaba lloviendo y no habia ningun alojamiento por la zona , vergonzoso!! Y encima carisimo

City centre hotel.

Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Lovely character hotel which could have been made something special with a bit of thought. Great location if you like staying in the centre of a town, not ideal if you don't. Very easy to find but the parking was dire. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special.

Skön säng men en bättre placering av..........

Helt okej sovrum, första sängen vi sovit gott i på 10 dygns resa, då den inte var så hård. MEN toaletten sitter så att dörren tar emot och man får gå i sidled in mellan handfat och dörr. Den stora pappershållaren sitter nästintill över toaletten så man måste sitta framåtlutad mot höger för att inte ha den i axeln/sidan. Svårt att ta toapapper och obekvämt att torka sig. En bättre placering av pappershållaren är mellan toaletten och biden, vilket inte heller är bra. Hela badrummet behöver en förändring. Att välja till frukost i hotels app kostade ca 400kr för två personer, är det möjligt att den kan vara värd det? Vi valde den i alla fall inte!

Está junto a la vía del tren y suena continuamente la barrera de seguridad...La ubicación no es muy recomendable aunque el trato fue muy agradable
