Great location, walkable to Colaba and tourist sites but liked that the neighborhood was quieter. Great view of the sea and beautiful walking path along the water. Friendly helpful staff made it great! Highly recommend!

The main reason to recommend this place its the location which was adjacent to all the historical and touristic places alongside with super friendly and helpful staff. We had great service and an enjoyable experience during our stay. The only complaint the entire stay is that dinner at the restaurant took much longer than expected. Otherwise, the staff was very accommodating and helpful and the stay was comfortable.

Fruit flies when I checked in my room - took 4 days of pest control to clear it- Stayed here for 9 days.Did not provide an alternate similar accommodation when I requested to give me another room of similar category - I paid for partial sea view and was offered neighboring building view as an alternative , cheaper than what I prepaid - no privacy . Not even offered discount when asked for the inconvenience .Did not even apologize !!! Not worth the price charged.

For how much this place costs, I was utterly disappointed. The bathroom smelled like urine, was old, not updated and the shower cold faucet was broken. The room itself was okay but every part of this hotel except the lobby needed updates. The breakfast buffet was also gross- the food looked old and stale. I would never stay here again. The surrounding area also smelled of sewage and feces so going for a walk was not enjoyable.
