"Just been newly renovated but still some construction at one end of the building only. The room and facilities were very clean and the room was fresh and light. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food for room service was varied and delicious. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return often. "

"Rydges Newscasts is a beautiful modern hotel, central to everything on the waterfront. I had a free night to use that covered the stay and it was a wonderful treat. Our room was a suite on level 3, beautifully appointed with an outlook over the harbour. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant with a happy hour between 4 to 6 that had a variety of affordable beer, wine and cocktails to select. in the hotel, valet parking was $35. All hotel staff were professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend for a special occasion. "
