"Front desk staff was excellent from check in to checkout. They were always helpful and kind. The hotel room was a standard room. Very clean. But it was pretty warm- we kept the AC as low as possible and it wasn’t cold by any means. Gym had the essentials but was actually nice and cold. Cafe was often empty- difficult to locate staff so only ate there once. Location was good, about 10-15 minute, flat walk to main part of the city with more restaurants/shopping/site seeing. But really close to the Thursday market, which was nice. Underground parking was convenient, affordable and safe (best to have a small car- for the entire area). Overall, good experience here."

"Nice hotel, it was spotlessly clean everyday. Very walkable location, even to the main bus station, you can hop on a bus to and from the airport for less than 2 euros. Plenty of food places nearby too. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options and even had soya milk which is helpful if you're vegan. I would happily stay again."

"The hotel is centrally located in Murcia and close to restaurants, parks, and shopping. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool with a bar was very nice. "What a beautiful hotel. It was close to the cathedral and other beautiful buildings. The hotel was absolutely gleaming and staff were so lovely. We did miss a pool and a balcony that is the usual beach holiday but for a city break we couldn’t have asked for more. The restaurant was great! So peaceful and didn’t have the usual noise that comes with some hotels during meal times. And finally it had a lovely sitting area out front which was great to sit with a cold drink while watching the world go by. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it."
