"This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than...

"Terrific stay! Very pleasantly surprised by this little jewel on the shore of Lake Tai. This hotel is only a few minutes walk from the subway and from Lake Tai. It is located in an ancient-style Chinese garden. There's a cute little cat roaming around, welcoming visitors. Hotel offers free bottled water and late night snacks. There's also a free pool table for evening entertainment. Ms. Zhou at the front desk kindly offered us a complementary upgrade to the deluxe room, as well as late checkout....
