"Thank you to the staff of the Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu. As soon as we got off the taxi, we were greeted with extraordinary warmth and extra attention to details! We inquired about directions to the Hakone doorway, but instead your staff personally drove us there! Your hospitality is above and beyond! We will definitely visit again! "We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!!
