"This property charges a 19% resort fee. I asked why and was told it was for the "pool, etc". The pool was closed. There was no hot water in the morning. The lampshade was marred with some sort of burn mark. The interior lock on the door did not work. When I first checked in, my room key would not work; there was a big kurfuffle before they found me another room. The room was noisy. I have stayed here every single time I have come to Bend for 25 years. No more. "

"Everything was fantastic. A beautiful home with everything our large group could need. Loved the use of bikes and ping pong too. Comfortable house and enough beds for all of us. The SHARC passes were a big plus. Loved it!"
