"Cute little cluster of vacation condos. Easy 5-8 minute walk to downtown. There's a river in the back of the property that winds around the front as well and meanders all the way downtown. Living area, kitchen and 1/2-bathroom downstairs, two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Cute little patio with table and flowers (and the occasional elk, who also enjoyed the flowers!) on the lower level and a little balcony on the from bedroom upper level. We slept with the windows cracked open for the white noise and fresh air from the river and it was sublime! There are plenty of nice little touches throughout in terms of function, decor and practical needs. It was clean & well-stocked with easy check-in. Maps had us circling a couple of times because it's a little tucked away behind a little shopping area, but it was well worth the extra minute of looking! We'd definitely stay here again!"
"Cabins are old but quaint. They have character! Very clean, the staff friendly and thoughtful, our room wasn't ready until after 5, it was raining so we had to wait in the car, they gave a complimentary bottle of wine and mini golf tickets. If you want a fun small cabin near a river without fancy dancy features this is for you. It's close to town and RMNP."

"Everything about this property was amazing. Very clean. All the appliances were great. Beds were comfortable etc.My only minor gripe would be no air conditioning. It got awfully warm inside the first couple days. Wouldnt let that stop me from staying again. Had an elk eating our flowers on our first evening. Kids loved playing in the creek (which is 5 ft from the back patio). Less than a block to beautiful downtown Estes Park. Price was fantastic as well."
