"Property and rooms out dated and in need of some TLC. Rooms weren’t clean and shower curtain had mould on it. "

"Problem for me was access to annex. Impossible to see the key pad to put in code. The position of lighting for the keypad was poor and key pad numbers far too small. Needs updating altogether. I did go back to reception and ask for a member of staff to come with me and open the door. They agreed it was difficult but were very helpful . "

"There was an issue with my booking at the usual place i stay so i booked this last minute and i was not disappointed. The staff were super friendly, the rooms have recently been refurbished and the room I stayed in was beautiful. This is now my new favourite place to stay in the area and I will be back. Thank you. "Given the wrong code for key access - no mobile phone reception outside of property - We only had Office contact number - they had to contact property manager - took while for property manager to respond - eventually received text. Television was programmed for eastern Europe which we couldn't change the settings for! (so no television) and the dishwasher refused to close and work - again property manager was slow to respond, said would come to fix but never came. We left keys in the box - perhaps she had the wrong code!! Parking was limited, fine during the day, but after the pubs opened it became impossible to get near the house."
