"Its was a nice atmosphere. Not a fan of the smoking allowed inside, but that's something you have to get used to down here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kiosk check on and out were fast and easy. "

"Great stay overall,and the location was ideal for everything we needed. However, I had made multiple requests ahead of time to remove two specific minibar items due to food allergies. Even after explaining the situation, I was told I would be charged to clear the entire minibar!I forget the price, but that included alcohol, water bottles, phone charges etc… ADA accommodations should be reasonable and not come with extra charges for a health-related request. As a result, we ended up wiping down all surfaces & other cleaning ourselves each day to avoid any risk of cross-contamination. It did not ruin the trip, but it definitely added unnecessary stress that could have been avoided with more flexibility."
