"The overall experience was the worst trip to Las Vegas that I've ever had. It was my first time staying at the Excalibur and was not told about the procedures of checking yourself in, printing the room keys and parking passes. There were no valet parking, bell hop, no one was around for assistance nor to answer. A sign was posted saying that we couldn't go to the counter to ask questions until we checked in. There were no refrigerator in the room and was told that we could rent one for $25 a night but since we had three (3) rooms they would charge $15 a night for the 4 nights we were there. No complimentary water nor coffee and the TV didn't work properly. I will be filing my concerns directly to the hotel."
