"We stayed here for 5 nights in May and it is in a good location on the strip with easy access to the neighbouring hotels through walkways or the tram. The hotel was really clean and it is well presented. We did feel though that you are paying a lot of money for quite an average experience, which may just be Vegas in general, but things such as not having a kettle of coffee maker in the room and no fridge felt unnecessarily stingy on the hotel's part. This is a high end hotel and yet the in-room experience means you could be staying somewhere a lot more affordable and you'd not notice the difference. There is a small shelf in the fridge/mini-bar in the room for your own items but with the warnings about the fridge being motion censored to charge you if you take any of their items it really felt not worth it to risk it. The bed was super comfy.
It was the first time we visited Vegas and wanted to be in the heart of it but I can say that we could have saved ourselves 50% of the cost to stay elsewhere, still in a good location, and not have missed anything about the Bellagio. We took a travel kettle and tea/coffee bags with us knowing the rooms didn't have any so I can advise that if you like your morning tea or coffee whilst getting ready. Also not many breakfast places in the hotel, we travelled out every day for that. If you do eat in the hotel you pay the premium compared to nearby hotel options."
