"Nice spot. A little dated, but the pools are very nice and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean, but the highlight is definitely the pool and garden area. Front desk staff could be a little more welcoming though."

"Our family had the best time at Omni Ranch Resort. The rooms and grounds were so clean and well kept. We ate at both restaurants, the palm cafe and poolside, the food at each of them was excellent. The different pool options, lazy river and water slides were so fun. This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure."

Our villa was cozy, relaxing and well designed for 7 people. We enjoyed how pleasant the hotel pool-bar, mountain views, and calming environment. Definitely, recommend this hotel."

"Westin in Rancho Mirage was an amazing resort. Rooms were clean, amenities were robust. My complaints were when I checked in my room was not ready, so I was willing to take any room. I was in building 1 and had a long walk, and when I got to room my key card was not working. I contacted someone and they arrived after about 10 min and let me in. The second, and more concerning was when I was at the pool an attendant walked by, but did not ask me for an order. I went to the bar and ordered food, and the bartender told me she would bring it over, her name was Sam. That food never came, and I asked Andrew if he could check on it, and he said yes. Another 15ish min went by and no one ever came over. I went back to the bar and again asked and Sam eventually brought my order. It was only chips and salsa, so not like it had to be made. From that point on Andrew never came by and asked if my wife and I wanted anything else...horrible customer service! other than that that place is a great stay!"

"Last-minute trip with the family to Palm Springs turned out so fun and memorable here at the dunes hotel. I went the weekend of June 26 through the 28th. The staff was incredibly sweet. The check-in process was so easy and smooth and I must add that pricing for the weekend was so affordable, all the rooms were renovated. The location was perfect. We were able to walk around the downtown area. I can't wait to come back the only thing I did wish that they had more of was their snack /breakfast options. Other than that, it was perfect. They even had bar set up by the pool which was awesome for all the adults lol. They didn't have hard liquor which sucked, but they did have beer and seltzer at a really reasonable price. Overall it was such a great time!"

"It was my first time visiting this resort, and I chose to spend one night here to celebrate my birthday by myself. I’m so happy I picked this place it is absolutely beautiful! I also enjoyed a treatment at the spa, and it was such a relaxing experience. Even though this is a very large resort, you can tell they pay attention to every detail and truly care about their guests. There was a small issue with my room when I arrived, but the staff resolved it quickly and in the best possible way. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making my birthday getaway so special. I would definitely come back to this beautiful resort!"
