House was nice! Neighborhood quiet. Needs some new silverware in kitchen and housekeeping should be on it, since I got to the house and the fridge was dirty. A big cobweb next to Christmas tree…

Loved the space and layout!

Everything was as it said. The house was surface clean and the floors had been freshly mopped. They DID accommodate our requests. It was a very nice stay the house just needs a DEEP clean otherwise I was completely satisfied and would return. There was no tv in the living room but it had games to accommodate your stay..The manager was super friendly and I would recommend this property!

Nice and open

Jim is a great host, easy to reach and very accommodating. Arrived at home late during check-in, near midnight, and Jim was very gracious and patient. Home is nice and spacious, no real issues. Only issues encountered were addressed and made right by Jim. Would recommend.

Nice stay for our purpose

We were in town for a 90th family birthday party so needed to have a place for our family of 5 adults to stay. Location was great, check in was easy and Jim was easy to communicate with. With other family in town we didn't actually spend a lot of time in the house. For us it was just a place to crash at the end of the day and get ready in the morning for the next day's events. We did do some cooking (breakfast and prepared some dishes for the party elsewhere) and there was a very limited supply of cookware, some without handles. Again for us this was fine but a family who will spend more time in the house may want/need more. Lots and lots of room to spread out. The only TV was in the primary bedroom but can be moved easily enough. There are no dressers but plenty of closets. Other family in another VRBO also had no dressers so maybe it's a CA thing. Jim responded quickly when I had a question and that was very important. Overall a very good stay for us but wanted others, who may have a different purpose for staying here, to know. This was Feb 2024 and things may change going forward.

Everything was great but my wife was disappointed in how many bugs was in the house and how out dated the bedsheets was but it was cleaned and cozy would definitely stay again home they take care of the bugs issues

The host was very welcoming! He was also responsive to my questions and on day 1 - he was making sure I was comfortable with everything. All my favorite shopping spots (Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Thrift stores and grocery stores were within minutes from the location of the house.

The house was nice. But the backyard wasn’t as pictured. The house has 3 houses on all sides. And the house next door dogs barked until past 10 at night and wakes up early in the morning barking! Did not get instructions to check in until very close to check in. All the bedrooms either had a key to get into or a combination to get into the master bedroom. Just kinda strange. Also you have no way to set the thermostat unless you call the owner.

The house initially looked clean but wasn’t. We put our grandson in his mobile walker while we unloaded and unpacked and when we were done, the bottoms of his feet were black. Under sinks not clean, lots of debris and dead spiders under the bathroom garbage can so that floor was also not cleaned. We all have spider bites and we killed multiple spiders over 3 days. It made us question the cleanliness of sheets and towels. The back patio was gross so we didn’t ever sit outside in the evening. Huge dead tree back there anyway. We also had to get “permission” from the host to adjust the thermostat. The house has lots of potential but it’s obvious the bare minimum is done to maintain the property. Very disappointed.

The host was very accommodating when we reached out. The fact that we didn't receive check-in instructions until shortly before the allowed time was weird and we never received check-out instructions.There were many amenities that were lacking/missing and one room we wouldn't even enter as there were stains on the carpet and the side of the bed and we didn't want our dogs to attempt to mark them.

No sharp knives.Patio chairs table and ground covered with bird poop. We had to scrub them to use them. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher.Outside garbage cans were completely full when we arrived No dishwasher soapWe found two can openers. Neither one workedBlow up bed would not hold air. The vacuum was so plugged up we had to take it apart and clean it for it to work. There were roaches in the bathroom. We could not find any kitchen towels. Only 3/4 of roll of paper towels were available.Oven was filthy. Top of microwave covered in grease. We were not told that someone would be doing yard work. Also they took breaks at the table and chairs we had cleaned.
