"We always enjoy our stay here. Imani, the front desk clerk, is such a delight to talk with. The mattresses are getting a little saggy, but the historic charm and comfort of the hotel is always on point. We appreciate being able to walk to restaurants and the convenient locations to drive to whatever we need. We were bummed the Swamp Fox closed an hour earlier than advertised, though. "

"We stayed over Thanksgiving week 2025. We wanted a nice quiet place to spend the week and we got exactly that. Very well appointed kitchen. We brought a few of our own linens and cooking utensils to be safe, not necessary. Custom live edge furniture is impressive. Brickwork and wood beams on the hot tub/grilling patio are amazing. Wonderful views. Lots of opportunities for hiking and in the area. WiFi was good all week.This is a really nice cabin.Host is a good communicator.We wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Everything about our stay was an absolute dream. It was very easy to get in touch with the host if needed, check-in and check-out was a breeze, and the property was breathtaking. Not only was the actual dome itself beautiful, but the surrounding land and features took the experience to a whole other level. We could have just stayed on the property the entire stay and been more than happy. The sunsets, sunrises, and stars were gorgeous with all of the windows and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Everything was veryyy clean (including the hot tub which can be hard to find), conveniently close to so many surrounding towns, and just such a unique and beautiful stay. We did run into some wasps inside the house but it was cold and they were moving slow. I could see it being more of an issue in the summer time, but just in case anyone is allergic. This was the ONLY "issue" we had and I wouldn't even call it one. Overall, I seriously cannot stress enough how incredible and magical this Vrbo is- so happy to have been able to stay."

"We stayed here 3 nights to do some hiking around Grayson Highlands. The location of the cabin is absolutely perfect with beautiful views right from the front door. My son really loved the arcade, which was a really fun perk to our stay here. The cabin had everything we were looking for and then some. This was one of our favorite trips we've taken and the cabin played a big part in that. If/when we come back to this area, we will be staying here again."
