We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "802号室。ソファーベットは座面と背もたれの硬さが違いうため、ベットにした時寝苦しいです。観光利用で眠るだけと割り切るなら問題なし。ここで料理などもして宿泊するなら大人3名までかな。駐車場がほぼなく申し込み時に注意が必要。選んだ覚えがないのに駐車場申込み無しプランと言われ、近くのコインパーキングを利用。部屋自体は清潔でした。"

"札幌駅やすすきの周辺まで、市電、地下鉄、バスと様々な公共交通機関で行くことができ、コンビニも近くにありました。悪くない立地です。掲載されているとても清潔で美しい写真とは実際が異なり、家具やクッションなどがくたびれて、清潔感に欠けていました。掃除されていない訳ではないと思いますが、洗面所の排水口がつまって水が溜まってしまったり、空気清浄機のフィルターがホコリまみれでした。スリッパが使い捨てではなく布製のもので、衛生面が気になり、使えませんでした。メッセージのやり取りですぐ返事がくるはよかったです。"

"사진과 같이 넓고 편안한 숙소 였습니다!! 챙겨주신 수건과 어메니티들도 모자람 없이 충분했어요. 숙소에 식기와 전자렌지가 있어서 편의점에서 사온 음식 뎁혀먹기도 좋았고, 온풍기가 있어서 춥지 않았습니다! 젖은 옷을 말릴 수 있게 옷 행거도 있었고, 욕조가 있어서 반신욕 할 수도 있어서 추운날씨에 밖에 많이 돌아다니다가 들어와서 몸 담그니 너무 좋더라구요~ 다음에 삿포로가게되면 또 머물고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 장기숙박해도 좋을듯해요!! "

"My stay was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the ammenities are also great. The staff kept my frozen food until the day of my departure which was nice. The lobby looks really presentable and the dinner wasn't bad. Lots of different crabs available as well as ramen, shabu shabu, desserts and a lot more. For the cost of what I paid, it is definitely worth it. The room is a standard room and a bit old but it is clean and well maintained. It was just hot that night but I asked for a fan and they provided one which helped. Overall, a great hotel to stay in. Plus the Limousine Bus to the airport is literally across the hotel so that made it very convenient on my last day in Sapporo."
