Also nice being able to walk to the Explorer bus stops to access Acadia park trails and sights without parking issues if you come during busy season (bus only runs certain months, did not use this visit but have on previous visits and LOVED the easy access)"

"Just a nice place to stay, no real issues other than the thermostats were difficult to figure out, the kitchen roof leaks a little water when you shower upstairs, and the fridge shakes the house when the compressor turns off. Home owner was kind enough to mail me my souvenirs I souvenirs left, and everything was neat and tidy."

"My family and I stayed at Stephanie’s property for a long weekend away and it was wonderful! The location of the property was right near town, but still a little off the main street so it was comfortable and quiet. The home provided us with plenty of space for all of us (5 grown adults) to stay and hang out. Stephanie was great the entire time and provided quick responses along with recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again as I know I’d have a fantastic trip!"

"Great place to stay in southwest harbor. About 20 minutes from the busy town of Bar Harbor. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend staying here and the host Ian was great with communications. Id only recommend more toilet paper (maybe 2 instead of 1) in the bathrooms."

"The house was a very nice home on a secluded road which made it all nice and quiet. This was a retirement gift trip for my parents. Overall everything was really nice. The only issue is the house has inadequate heat for the size and openness of the home. Though it was an issue the first couple nights the property managers were very nice and brought by space heaters to ensure my folks stayed warm through the chilly nights. They still enjoyed themselves and spent most of there time in Bar Harbor....

The property was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was located right near the Schoodic Point, a beautiful area of Acadia. We got to take in the exciting remnants of a coastal storm from a safe distance. All of us truly enjoyed our stay."

"Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Needs a light over the mirror. Tiny shower, plenty of hot water; well pump short-cycling. Porch smelled musty and porch door sticks. Kitchen was clean, well-lit; one stove burner didn't work; one outlet didnt work; clock didn't work; tiny sink. Dining table needs more light, and ceiling fixture just inside the door flickered constantly. Heater worked well and kept us comfortable. Convenient to Otter Creek Market (seasonal)"

"We loved our stay here - we picked the property because its location on the island as well as the amenities available to us. Having free access to kayaks and beautiful ponds whenever we wanted is an amazing perk of staying here. Also the hosts are great and helped us out with any questions we had about the area, as well as dusted off some of their old toys for our baby to play with! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be on the island within 20-30 mins of everything, and want to be able...

"What a charming place!!! We rented 7 of their 12 Cottages and Motel Units and had a wonderful week! They provide everything you'd expect PLUS more like Wood/Lighters and Fire starters - or a propane gas firepit if you prefer. Plenty of outdoor space!! The motel units are JUST as spacious and charming as the stand alone cottages - each is well Appointed and remodeled so nicely! Comfy beds, luxurious bedding and well stocked kitchen - we cooked all week! Location is perfect just between Bar Harbor...
