" Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott property. The bed was extremely hard I actually had to request an extra blanket just to make it more comfortable to sleep on. Towels were also poor quality, which added to the experience. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the rooftop view is beautiful. But overall, the hotel needs serious improvement. For the price and brand, it was very disappointing. "

They seem very strict about the check-in time too whereas other hotels have some flexibility if the room is ready. The room on the top floor had great views. "

Beyond that, the hotel falls far below expectations. The rooms are extremely outdated — it feels like nothing has been renovated since the late 90s or early 2000s — and, more importantly, they are poorly maintained. Our bathroom had missing tiles, and the faucet was literally falling apart. The overall condition gives the impression that upkeep is not a priority. The flooring is old carpet, which naturally feels unclean and worn. This really affects the overall comfort of the room. Another major issue was parking. The hotel advertises private parking, but we were not given access to it, which was frustrating and misleading. Considering the high price of the rooms, the value is simply not there. Honestly, even if it were free, I would not choose to stay here again. Would not recommend."
