"Great house for our family of 4! There are a lot of stairs, so if that is an issue, just a watch out. But the house is very clean, had plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. and is one block from the beach and comes with a beach wagon and toys. Highly recommend!"

"Save yourself the trouble of researching accommodations and lodging in Long Beach and just stay here! Location is perfect. Juice/acai bowl/smoothie place next door is open until 8 pm. Liquor store a block away will have whatever you forgot. Pat makes coffee in the morning but the cafe on the corner has the standard coffee drinks for your morning caffeine needs. 4th street is a few minutes walk up the street. The beach, art museum (and Claire’s) is a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. Walk a few blocks down Broadway and you find a wine bar and some cute restaurants. The neighborhood is adorable and I loved wandering about and admiring the lovely gardens. But more importantly, support a wonderful small business and keep your hard earned dollars in the community you’re visiting. Pat is the sweetest and will go above and beyond to make your stay special. This will be my go to spot when I’m in the LBC!"

"Wonderful home close to the beach and a nice walk to stores and restaurants. Hosts were a delight, beds are comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The porch and rooftop deck expands the space and makes it even more special. It’s an adorable home away from home! Highly recommend!"
