"The property itself was fine…. It was the getting to the property that was crazy stressful AND expensive!!!!! There should be a tip or warning of the expensive route to property from bus station… only 10 minute taxi ride that cost $44 usd each direction. Property provided an emailed link on how to get to property after it was booked…. Only problem was, the link never opened my entire stay, so I’m unsure if the information was helpful or not!?!? "

"Little gem in Kopavogur. Hotel looks like new, very comfortable and clean room. Loved the shower very well designed so the bathroom floor stays dry all the time. Cozy place with a bakery near by. Best of all are the lovely owners that were so kind and generous sharing some food for breakfast, even when this was not part of the accommodation, as it was Easter when I visited and most of the places were closed due to holidays. Also loved the beautiful horse paintings. "

"The apartment was very nice and is highly recommended for two people (see below). It was light and had an open feel. There are very good cooking facilities. It is somewhat outside of Reykjavík centre and so car is needed. The main downside is that there are no blackout blinds in the bright living area where the large sofa bed (for person 3 & 4) is located. So if you are planning to come in May - July (when Iceland never gets properly dark), then I would only recommend the apartment for two...

"So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. "This was our second stay, and we were welcomed by warm floors, a comfortable sitting area to curl up in with a glass of wine (available on site for the same price as the store would sell it), inviting lighting and two comfortable single beds (which we pushed together during our longer stay). Our host, Oskar, was light-hearted in his communication and was immediately responsive to any questions. It has been a delight interacting with him. I highly recommend this property."
