"The staff was incredibly kind and went out of their way to be helpful beyond required. Room was ready, they let us check in very early and upgraded us and we were leaving early the next morning so they left a kettle and little snacks for us in our room since we expected to miss the included buffet breakfast. We ended up waking up late and getting to breakfast which was INCREDIBLE! Amazing location too. Debated this or staying directly in Portofino and THIS location is way better. Portofino is nice but not worth staying more than a few hours or a day between shopping and beach (but now is off season). The shops and restaurants and coffee and gelato was much better in Santa Margarita than Portofino"
