rooms could do with an update, breakfast is cooked to order and was great. Bar is spacious and well kept , food is available , but we chose to eat elsewhere in the town.

Staff were all lovely and very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean overall, could perhaps do with someone to clean the bathroom with a fresh pair of eyes as some areas are being overlooked. Overall though, excellent value and we would happily go back - would recommend.

Staff were brilliant I have had breakfast before and fantastic plenty to eat Bar. And outside area great lots of room Sad to say it all needs updating up stairs. All bathrooms need updating and decor and carpets need gone. Definitely the WiFi needs sorting out so you can get on it when you are in your room I wanted to chill out and watch Netflix but no internet Apart from that always a lovely stay and they accept dogs which is fab

Staff were very friendly at check-in/checkout and lovely at breakfast. Food was fresh with lots of choice. Room was a good size and very comfy bed. A bit of noise from the main road and the only downside was that the "hot" water was lukewarm. But only stayed one night so wasn't a massive issue. Would stay again. :)

Courteous staff, good value and a good breakfast. Location is convenient for centre of Morpeth. Parking available as well, which is necessary for us. Decor is in need of refreshing and plumbing (including some showers) is far from perfect. All in all, a good place for a one night stay, but not ideal for a longer stop.
