Local eateries, 15 min walk to Shinagawa area. Hotel was clean and pretty reasonably sized for Japan standards. Bonus - washing machine/dryer combo in room. Service was good. "

"If you think the hotel has shuttle pick up, you are wrong. That’s what I thought at first after reading some if some of the review. However, if you know your way and know how to tak mono rail in Japan. This is perfect for you. It’s one stop away from T3. And you don’t have to wait for shuttle either on arrival or departure. Room is clean, and staff is helpful at self check in "

We used our breakfast ticket for the dinner and the waiters were excellent. The bathroom is very nice, especially the shower head gave waterfall hot water, the best water pressure I have ever had. "
