Awesome location, large kithen with 2 gas stoves (one was not working) outdoor BBQ, Commerial refrigerator and Freezer. Cooked my own breakfast and dinner every morning! Loved it there!
This is a great spot, very clean and awesome ambiance. The view is espectacular. Just very noisy at night due to being next to the highway where truckers go down.
Staying in the tent was super cool! Great amenities inside and very clean and nice. The tents don’t lock, so be aware of what you leave inside! The park felt very safe but I was a little surprised there were no locking mechanisms. Otherwise this place was perfect and exactly as expected.
Large crushed rock parking area. Out skirts of Moab, low traffic, near rock crawling trails. Very clean room, bathrooms, kitchen area, full use of Weber grill on natural gas, black stone grill, outdoor pizza oven. Plenty of tables and chairs, deep freezer, fridge.
We´ve spend a night in a tent in may. The check in process was super easy, everything was clean, and even if the spot is close to the road, we had a super good sleep.
The tents are clean and secure while still feeling outdoorsy and getting fresh cool air at night. Bathroom facilities were nice, I was too stupid until half way through my shower that he handle turned both ways so I didn’t have to suffer in the cold water - hot was just the other way!
Great accommodation! Very friendly staff, responds quick! Common areas like the lounge/kitchen is so nice and clean! It has everything you need and more - outdoor grill, stove, oven, baking pans, pots, etc. bathrooms are clean and place is quiet
Stayed 2 nights in May 2026

Liked: Check-in
Disliked: Communication
Communication was a little poor but check in process was straight forward without instruction.
Tent was comfortable, bed nice, air con in tents and strong WiFi, it is by a very busy road though, the noise is distracting enough to effect sleep, and if windy tent becomes clanky.
Toilets were bit of a mess, towels had run out and not replaced in time I was there (early evening to next day mid morning) so no way to dry hands. Not a big deal.
Overall just about value for money to stay in Moab for a one night stop after visiting the Arches.
Easiest check in! We were warmy greeted by staff and given a quick run down of amenities. The property was just as pictured and described. This unit delivered everything we needed for our family of five for a weekend stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting lodging that checks all the boxes when visiting Arches National Park and the delightful town of Moab!
This property was fantastic but you have to pay attention to what you are booking because they have several options. I was not expecting a glamping rent but the surprise was fun.
The cottage we had included a private bathroom (toilet and shower). You might want to bring your own bessing for the bunk beds. There was nothing on the beds but a bottom sheet.
Great set up and worked perfect for our needs. close enough to town to get there quickly and easily but just far enough away to be away. Some construction going on near by but was not an inconvenience.
Proximity to Arches and camp-ish feel was why I chose HTR. Having access to showers and a kitchen after a long day of hiking is really appreciated. The only downside was the noise from the highway while staying in the tents. Otherwise, a great place and helpful and friendly host.
We really enjoy HTR Moab. I would say my concerns was the face towels had stains on them, even though they were clean and some mold around the bottom of the shower. Other than that everything was good, I would recommend it and I would stay there
