I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel in Terrebonne, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The hotel boasts a charming ambiance with beautifully decorated rooms that are both comfortable and inviting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The amenities, including the fitness center and complimentary breakfast, added to the overall value of my stay. I highly recommend the Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Terrebonne. I look forward to returning in the future!

I arrived to a room that had unclean sheets, (208) I asked the desk to change the sheets but their housekeeping staff had already, instead, they offered me a different room, 317. The second room seemed okay until the next evening upon my arrival, I discovered a small beetle on the headboard, I called the front desk and they asked if I wanted someone to kill it, this is not a normal response. I had to ask to change rooms, and they obliged providing me with room 320 this time which appeared to have been in the midst of minor renovations. No bugs that I could see but the room was less than clean, carpets had vidible dirt and food. I have stayed at this hotel previously with no issues, this time, the lack of cleanliness of the hotel was visible. The hotel did not offer me any compensation for my inconvenience. Not good at all. Hoping they can turn things around.

The only complaint be was that wr had to wait an hour to be served our breakfast. We had a neeting in the hotel by and went to breakfast early so we could enjoy it and ended up rushed with othet customers being served ahead if us even though we we had ordered first.

Our room #513 was not truly represented in hotel photos. Sofa bed was right up against the heat thus making it unusable with hot air blowing directly onto face. Could not use for sleeping as it opened up right against side of main bed thus could not get into/out of either bed. Definite problem in emergencies. Room was definitely smaller than advertised in photos. Restaurant service Friday night @ 6.30 pm was terrible. Soup was served with spillover on plate and napkin and was barely luke warm. Empty beer bottles remained on table till we asked for their removal. Water glasses never refilled. Sturgeon was served luke warm and fries with my fish were cold .. Restaurant was not busy enough to warrant the complete lack of service.and cold meals. Next morning went in for coffee and tea and felt we were imposing on the waitress. Coffee cup was half filled and had to ask her for a refill. She appeared bored and unhappy with having to do her job. Is it too much for their staff to do their jobs? Spoke to manager upon departure and she was uninterested with our safety concerns regarding the sofa bed and positioning in room.. Said to deal with Expedia.. Will never return to an Imperia Hotel nor recommend them .
