Smoking is only allowed on the private balcony of the apartment.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
We kindly ask you to remove your shoes inside the apartment to maintain optimal cleanliness.
Access to Facilities:
You have access to the laundry room located inside the apartment. Instructions for its use are available on site.
Parking is on the street. Please note that you may need to search for an available spot.
You will find a key drop box named "Expedibox" at the building entrance where the keys to the apartment will be available for your arrival.
Key Drop-Off:
Upon departure, please drop the keys off in the "Expedibox" at the building entrance.
Please note that lost keys will result in additional fees.
Departure and Cleaning:
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy before your departure.
Internet Usage:
Internet access is complimentary for guests. Please note that downloading illegal content is strictly prohibited.
Respect for Neighbors and Common Areas:
I ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable level and avoiding any disruptive behavior.
Please leave all common areas (coworking space, gym, and rooftop) clean and tidy after use.
