The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel welcome. Even though the hotel was hosting wedding events during our stay, the hospitality never faltered. Every detail was handled with care, from the amazing dinner menus to the wonderful wine selections. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, elegance, and warmth. Our stay at the Grand Hotel Sant’Orsola was truly memorable, and we cannot wait to return."

"We really enjoyed that the had a great buffet breakfast included as well as having included a shuttle that takes you into the center, free of charge! The property is new 2021 and well maintained. I just wish there was more grocery near by. Otherwise it was a great stay!"

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"

Bus stop right at top or front desk could call a cab Shops right at bus stop drop off Ate in restaurant delicious and super service . Patio at night to sit out and look at beautiful lights surrounding area amazing!!! Great bar service too!"
