"It’s in a good location, but the walk to the aquarium is further than I anticipated from their write up. The room felt dated and cheap. Repairs to the walls look like they were done by a child. The furniture is older and banged up. It did not feel special in any way. In my experience, I would compare it more to a budget motel than a nice hotel in Monterey. I would choose somewhere different next time."

And also they communicated well before checking in :) However, no wifi at room 227 we chat with staff but We could use it only 30mins then gone.
