"This is a great property in wonderful location just inside the city walls. One thing, we didn’t realize there was no elevator and upon check in discovered we were on the third floor. A lovely room but a little much for two seniors and four bags. A quick text message to the staff and we were moved down a floor. Very much appreciated! Very generous space in this medieval property. La stanza prenotata era abbastanza essenziale e il bagno seppure ben curato non era finestrato. L'aspiratore del bagno era incredibilmente rumoroso, così come l'impianto refrigerante della stanza.
