"Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "What a great camping site. We stayed there 4 nights and were impressed with our accommodation and the site. It had lots of amenities and the pool was a nice refresh after being in the hot sun. It's also in a fab location for exploring the local area."

"Its impossible not to state - the location is very poor unless you have transport. Breakfast is very very poor, limited choice and and a really dark somber environment. The hotel itself is a remarkable building beautifully presented. The sitting areas and gardens are really lovely. The swimming pool area is excellent. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant, unfortunately with the exception of the woman at breakfast who was unmotivated and distinctly uninterested in her work. Finally it was lively to see swallows roosting on the lights at one of the terraces."

"The two young ladies at the front desk were phenomenal during our stay!! We had our car broken into and they were so kind, helped us order delivery and let us charge our phones. The property was very clean. The bar option was a life saver. A beer and spritz after what we experienced was perfect. My only negative was that the air conditioning barely worked and our room was very hot."

"This was a beautiful property about 10 mins away from Florence. You get the beauty of Tuscany without having to go too far. The hotel only has 12 rooms and everyone knows you by name. We traveled with 2 kids and the rooms were very spacious. Staff are wonderful, Onsite restaurant was great. Views were breathtaking. We didn't have a car, and the hotel was able to help us with cabs easily. Service was excellent and we would highly recommend this hotel!"
